Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free shipping to around 40 countries and islands worldwide using standard air mail. Although we do not currently offer expedited shipping, our free standard service is competitively efficient.

How do you ship packages?

Most products are made to order and shipped from our warehouse in China. They will be shipped by ePacket, EMS or China Post depending on the weight and size of the product. Occasionally we may source a small selection from a US warehouse; these will be shipped through USPS.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to around 40 countries worldwide, including most countries within the Anglosphere and the Northern Hemisphere. Countries we currently ship to include United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Gibraltar, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, San Marino, Malta, Cyprus and Switzerland. If your country is not listed and you would like to buy something on the website please visit the Contact Us page to make a request; we may be able to add your country to the list.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs or duty fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country. In practice, due to our low prices and each country’s generous duty thresholds, most orders will not be subjected to customs fees.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

In practice, most orders will deliver in the US and Canada within 10-14 days and Europe within 15-21 days.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information, but sometimes due to the shipping method chosen in order to offer free shipping on a particular order, tracking might not be available.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system.

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
