Refunds and Returns

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they enter the fulfillment chain. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 6 hours. Once the processing, packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. We are able to process refunds in the following circumstances:

  • You can request a refund for faulty products.
  • If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.*
  • If you have received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.

*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired.

There are some circumstances where we are not able to accept returns or offer refunds. These are as follows:

  • There is nothing wrong with the order but you have changed your mind.
  • Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address).
  • Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gina Gambin (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
  • Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of Gina Gambin.

For all refund and return requests, please email sales@ginagambin.com or write a message using the form on the Contact Us page, ensuring you give us your name, email address, order number and a description of the situation. You will be provided with an RMA number and the necessary Returns address details.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

For hygiene reasons we are generally unable to accept size exchange requests once an item has been opened. Please choose your size carefully using the size guide on the product pages for each item. However, at our discretion we may accept such a request for packages that have not been worn/opened. Please contact us for further information.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.
